WHAT I DO

Production Management consultancy: Working with companies to consult on all things Production Management related, including advice on team building, budgeting, schedules and Health and Safety.

Covid19 Compliance Officer: Consulting and preparation of Covid19 Safe Working Practices, Social Distancing/Audience Management Plans and Risk Assessments.

Surgeries: Offering 1-2-1 and group surgeries on Production Management and Production Management support.

Budgeting: Substantial experience of working with budgets of all sizes.

Scheduling: Drafting and managing full production & touring schedules. Ensuring deadlines are met and with the timescale and budget. 

Communication: Communicate with venues to ensure smooth rehearsal, technical and performance periods.

Recce & Site visits: Ensure venues are suitable for the performance / event. With the proficiency to envisage how the venue will work and what is needed to realise the design, and performance.  

Recruitment: Excellent leadership skills, bringing diverse technical and artist teams together.

Job descriptions: Drafting of job descriptions for production team.

CAD: Trained in Vectorworks to draft ground plans and technical drawings.

Licenses: Application of Temporary Theatre, Section 89, Performance, occasional & child licenses.

Freight:  Extensive touring experience, nationally and internationally, inc. freight, carnet and customs paperwork.

Health & Safety: Carry out & record Risk Assessments, write Method Statements, Site & Event manuals.  

Transport: Identify and book all production transport.

Clean driving licence – Ability and experience driving a 7.5tonne truck
