Fi is delighted to be working on her own project, Production Management & Creating a sustainable sector. This project is funded by Creative Scotlands Open Fund: Sustaining Creative Development Programme.
Part of this project is to offer sector support including 1 hour 1-2-1 Production Management support for individual Artists, Theatre Practitioners or anyone who would benefit from over 20 years of Production Management experience.
Fi can also run group surgeries on Production Management, Risk Assessment and working in unusual spaces.
Production Management consultancy: Working with companies to consult on all things Production Management related, including advice on team building, budgeting, schedules and Health and Safety.
